GROUND SHIPMENTS
Standard shipping is UPS ground and will arrive at your location in 1 to 5 business days. The charge for standard ground shipping varies by product starting at $8.88 for most supplies NO MATTER HOW MANY ARE ORDERED. To view the UPS Time-In-Transit Schedule for ground shipments click here.
Some copiers may be too large to be shipped via UPS. These copiers are shipped common carrier freight. Freight shipments must be placed before noon Central time to be shipped the same day. Delivery time for freight shipments is 1 to 5 business days across the continuous US. Please keep in mind that there are special truck access requirements for freight shipments and freight drivers are not required by their union contract to make inside deliveries or unload the truck. *
NEXT DAY AIR & 2nd DAY AIR SHIPMENTS
Copiers and some fax machines are very large and thus have what UPS calls a "dimensional weight". Putting these large items on an airplane is expensive and can cost from $95 to $395. If you do require your copier or fax machine overnight please call us and we can help calculate the shipping cost.
We can however ship most toner and other supplies via Next Day UPS Air Saver or UPS 2nd Day. When shipping Next Day UPS Air Saver, your package is guaranteed to arrive before 5:00 pm on the next shipping day; UPS 2nd Day shipments are guaranteed to arrive before 5:00 pm two shipping days after shippment. You may select any of these upgraded shipping methods during the online checkout process.
* FREIGHT
Large copiers must be shipped via common carrier freight. Standard freight charges are $95 and up, depending on weight and distance, for loading dock delivery in an area that is accessible by large freight trucks. Inside and lift gate freight delivery adds to the cost of freight from $75 to $175 depending on the circumstances. Tis includes freight delivery to an area that is not accessible by large trucks and requires the load to be transferred to a smaller lift-gate truck. Additional amounts charged for freight can be calculated prior to shipment. Please call us for a non-standard freight delivery cost estimate. ADDITIONAL FREIGHT CHARGES WILL BE CHARGED BACK TO YOU IF INCURRED.
FUEL SURCHARGES
Because of the escalating costs of energy including gasoline, diesel, propane, and ethanol, shippers are adding fuel surcharges to all deliveries. When a noticeable fuel surcharge comes to our attention we will hold your shipment, modify your order, and send you notice before shipping your order. If shipped after notification the additional fuel surcharge will apply to your shipment and be charged. Fuel surcharge modification will never apply to the flat rate $8.88 supply shipping or parts shipping.
PARTS & MANUALS
Parts ordered by 13 digit part number and manuals are usually shipped 2nd day for $15.50 and are limited to 40 line items/any quantity. The charge for next day "Emergency" parts shipping is $48.50 and is limited to 10 line items/4 items per line.
BACKORDER
If an item is listed as "Backorder" this means that the item is not in stock and is not available from the manufacture at this time.
** Same Business Day shipments are limited to in-stock availability and quanity. While we make every effort to personally process and ship your order the same business day, same day shipping is not guaranteed.
